I had a guy negative my rep on there. His comment was "you don't go rockcrawling, do you?"xj_punk said:it's like jeepsunlimited for xjs only

Was it muddy? I heard it is way hard when it is muddy.Cody said:Hard Core, Parker, Mt Logan, Kyle (I think anyways), etc.
not me though. But I have broken lots of things on it....
Klif01 said:Honestly I didn't think I would have that much of a problem on it, I made it up before with only one locker. This time I was locked front and rear and I have lower gears. I didn't have any other problems on the rest of the trail....minus the eagles nest, but who HAS made it without a winch?

I remember when it took most of the day.........Cody said:from a 5 minute trail to a 12 minute trail--so it's more than twice as fun!
So, did you take the bypass?Cody said:The nest is way hard anyways and I doubt it could be done muddy. When the con is whet it goes from a 5 minute trail to a 12 minute trail--so it's more than twice as fun!
I did try and do Wayne's world when it was poring rain and I couldn't get up it....or at least I broke a hub before I could get up it. It gets pretty slick when wet.

We don't engage in that type of stuff here in the lower 48.
Are you saying that it is okay to create bypasses in Utah, but not in Alaska?
Cody said:You mean like the sign right by the beginning of the Con that says "do not make bypasses, do not stack rocks"?
I'm not debating how 'established' the bypass looked. It looks like a road cause lots of asshats use it and it's easier to see the tire tracks on the now dead grass/foilage than it is on the rock of the wash that the trail is in.
We deffinately need to go out there and find a way to close the bypass.
