I think the rebuild kits for the pump are about $35 the last time I looked..

well, first off, I need to find a different job... where i'm working now, I can't afford insurance.... (they are literally cheating me out on my paychecks)
my plans for it right now are
- fix power steering pump
- custom front and rear bumpers
- custom sliders
- clean up the interior

You missed a step. The first thing needs to be "take the top off and drive it around".
