Need Some Help

I need some help with one last bend for my cage. I have tried a couple of times but cant seem to get it right and I don't have access to a bender any longer either. I have the material just need someones bender and expertise. Any volunteers?

The tubing is inch and 1/2. The truck does not currently run. I'm in Riverton. I can take any measurements you might need or if you want to come over that will work as well.

Chocflip is great, he's done some fantastic work for me. He's being modest when he says he's "decent." Also check out ufab (username ufab).

What kind of bender do you have? I have been thinking of buying one. I might be willing to buy myself a die for us to use then the bender later. Of course I could some how compensate you for your time.

I thought about calling Ufab but wanted to try this first. Plus I doubt he makes house calls.

I dont think the model 4 is the bender I would want to purchase.

But I am willing to give the link you posted a try. Does the 1-3/4 need to be a certain thickness? I didnt see it mentioned in that thread.

It's .120 wall. That way the 1.5 tube fits nice and tight.

I've already done it a couple of times with not so good results, At this point I want it done so I can finish up that part of the project. I dont have any other bends at this point I need to make. I guess I want someone to do it for me at this point. Not with out compensation of course.
