went ahead and it's getting rebuilt.

What did they find wrong with it, or how did they decided it needed a rebuild?

Filter had metal in it and fluid had the metallic shimmer/rainbow to it when I drained it. More along the lines of peace of mind won out on this. I will be keeping this rig till it falls apart(and even then I will probably rebuild it) and it will be pulling the Jeep when I PCS to my next duty station.
