well i went all over utah county to try to find these. finally went back to american fork store and asked if they had any in the back. they found a few of the big ones but no small ones. so i forked out the dough and bought it. lets just say my experiance is a bad one. my first one something happend to the gears and the front would stay in low and the rear would stay in high after about 5 min of playing. so i took it back and got another one, and this one decided to break all the plastic gears inside of the wheel and the bearing went to crap after about 10 min of use. so i was upset and got my money back and the lady at the customer service desk said alot of people were bringing these things back.
maybee i just have bad luck. but while it worked it was bad @$#

Watching the DVD now. This thing is a mix of really old footage and very new footage. It's a film by Thor Wixom, of the Hammer Down series. People from RME that I saw on the film (in the order that I saw them): Craig Stumph (Craig S), Carl Whitmore (ILean), Von Werrett (Vonski), Braden Kemp (RockMonkey), Jake Mecham (Tjjeepjunkie), Parker Garrett (Parker), Brandon Dawson (BDAWSON), Alan Ball (moreusa), Bill Billington (Billforceone), Brad Lovell (SuperRanger), and Creighton King (Maxxis Pimp). I'm sure there's more, but that aint bad for our little web site.


Overall kind of a cool video detailing the history and technology of Rock Crawling. One of Thor's better efforts, if you ask me. The redneck banjo music in the background was retarded, though.

Yeah, so far. Played with it all last night, and a little the night before, so far so good. I wish the steering servo was stronger.

150 for the big momma jomma...of which I purchased two today, and about 45 for the smaller one which isn't all that impressive visually but I guess it goes well.

I just got done painting Jamesgeologist's and now I am painting mine but this damn krylon fusion for plastic has this stupid drippy tip and I am going to have to sand it down and redo it...stupid tip!!

the charging the battery for 18hours the first time is a ***** but oh well...it will be worth it!!!

Here are the ones I bought and painted today. The paint is krylon fusion satin black. the roll bar and sliders are krylon fusion burgundy. I have the one with burgundy body, black sliders and grey roll cage...because I ran out of flippin black and I am in the middle of the wyoming wilderness stuck on a gas drilling rig...
