The road... State Route 158 in Weber County. Yeah its steep its a paved route maintained by the State of Utah. Sucks the kid died but driving too fast for the conditions in a motorhome towing a 24' trailer is the culprit... not Powder Mountains failure to warn participants of 'brake failure'.
