I missed 2 workouts this week. Oh well, life goes on. Work has been crazy and busy. I think I have more than made up for it with running. Been trying to get in 2 miles with each weights day. I have already hit my goal of losing 10 lbs. I figured it would take the full 12 weeks while I am over here in Korea but did it in 3.
I have reached my body weight goal. So the new goal is to be able to see the striations in my legs again. I don't want to get to thin. I'd like to start adding some muscle size so I guess I will have to start eating more. It's not like I have been starving myself at all. Just lots of healthy food I guess. Mostly vegetables. Meat is not a large part of the regular diet here. :-\
One more week then I'll post some progress pictures. More for myself then you homos.
I have been watching some of the transformation videos on youtube and some of the changes unreal. I don't think I want to go that far with the program. I am not doing the supplements and not following the program religiously. Just normal to slightly above normal healthy and fit. Not crazy fit. My problem is I have a bit of a compulsive side and end up taking things way to far. Its the same reason I have a supercharged 5.3 in a Jeep.
