Work has killed me this week so my workouts have suffered. I only got 3 workouts in. Damn that whole job thing. Oh well, I have already hugely surpassed my initial goal. Now its just more of a drive to complete the program as best I can.

My girlfriend wants to go to Hawaii for Christmas to see her family. I might let her twist my arm and tag along. I will need to get my swimsuit sexy on for that trip.

Just don't post the pics of you in a "banana hammock"

Because of this thread, I took a "boot camp" class at school last semester. My results are no where you are, but I do feel better.

It's pretty cool if you got even the slightest shred of motivation form this thread. That makes me feel pretty good. I thought it was just me going on endlessly rambling. I'm glad someone actually reads it.

The next time I am in Germany I will do a Speedo shot just for you. They are all the rage in Europe.

Hawaii will be all surfer dude shorts I promise.

I just finished week 12's workouts:D

The last two weeks have been a real killer. Work has just been sapping every last bit of energy form me. It is so blasted hot and humid here it just hardly bearable. I don't feel like I made any progress in the workouts these last two weeks. When I can sweat through a tee shirt and green welding coat by 9am and still have 10 hours of work left. It is just draining.

Here are some pictures form work to hold you over.

Pictures and finial weigh in tomorrow morning after a good rest.

Start with the basics.
Get good rest
Eat good food, if possible
Exercise

Motivation comes after the burn of feeling good.
Hate to use the slogan, but i will..
just do it.

I've put on 7 pounds in 3 weeks just by adding a post workout protein shake! I feel good though. 187 right now and anything around 190 and I am happy. There was no way I was going to maintain the 175. I shot right up to 180 as soon as I got back to the states. I have been eating a lot more and added some protein on this trip to Korea. I certainly feel a lot better. A lot less tired. I really striped down and got super lean the last trip. I am hoping to put on some size and strength this go around. Modified the workouts to do less cardio and added in some more leg work. I didn't feel I got good results with my legs last cycle.
