Yes it was started by kiley. This was started to show her and The Blm That ohv people want this trail open. Jeff sorry I didnt talk to you first. That chick just gets under my skin. She shoots me all kinds of BS on my facebook IMs because a commented I made on one of your crazy post. So I watch her facebook close and she started a petition a month ago. Todate she only has 103 signs in 30 days. Mine has over 250 in one day. So please keep sharing the link and when we get to let say 1000, I will print it out and hopefully jeff will assite me get it to the right people!!

I hope everyone signing this petitioning and commenting takes the time to read the petition and understand the issue. The way I understand it, this is not a petition to remove the restrictions the BLM has placed on running Coyote Canyon (permits, limited travel days, limited group size). It is a petition to keep nutjobs from closing it entirely, permit or not.

In my mind, I the argument is to either:

- keep Coyote open (as is, with all the permits/restrictions, etc) or
- lose Coyote because some wingnut has petitioned to close it because we're "damaging the environment"

In my opinion, we need to stay positive towards the BLM rather than attack them for imposing restrictions on us. We're not petitioning removing the restrictions, we're petitioning keeping it from being closed all together. Correct me if I'm wrong popafink.

Weird. When I submitted it, I entered my name as "Steve H", but it shows it as "tom johnson" from Lexington, MA. What's up with that?

Awesome work so far... lets not stop.

I looked it up and as of today Kelly has 104 signatures wanting to keep this trail CLOSED compared to our offroad communities porvided 617 signatures to keep the trail open. As you can see, when we come together to stand for what we believe in our numbers add up quick.
