First, I mean that as no disrespect. I think it does look really sharp and complements/upgrades the look of the Taco. However, it looks like it's only fastened at the winch plate and by the tube under/inside the wing. I do think that tying it in with the grill bar helps but a decent impact is going to fold/tear it at the one spot it's welded. I'd be nervous that it isn't enough due to leverage during the force of the impact.
I think if the gusset area was extended upward (crudely shown in the above photo on the d-side of the bumper) and the wing the was tied into that, it would be stronger. I like the open design of this plate bumper better than the more expensive options like Jim Shrake's. But, I've seen Jim's bumpers take huge impacts and survive.
In different vehicle applications he has the winch moved slightly out of center so that his upright steel pieces are flat. As well, there are cuts "lasered" into the piece to accept the wings and the winch plate (which have male tabs that fit into the cuts) so that assembly is easier.

Or, a simpler option would be to swap the plate that holds the fairlead with one that's shaped like the orange outline above.
That keeps all of your design (which is pretty unique/cool) and gives another weldable surface. Then, if desired, tow points could be installed.
Please know that this is just my opinion. I respect you guys as fabricators/designers and my opinion is just that. Plus, I'm really just going of a few distance photos.
