Quick update,

got the new rear drive shaft and it has a few degrees more angle but the cv is shorter so my drive shaft angle will be better and shouldn't have a problem..

Working on brake lines and plumbing crap.

Will do Bart,
But I'm taking a few steps back. Lol

Was almost done with my lines and decided to scrap em.
I was running them along my frame then thought, what if my driveshaft brakes and starts wipping around hitting my frame?

So I'm running everything on top of the frame.

And thanks to Ryan I'm going to look into a 1410 flange drive shaft for the rear before I cut up that other 1350 I just got.

Should have a better angle and more travel wile being stronger, and can make a spare front driveshaft.

I did get one of my crossmembers built and mounted the front driveshaft.

Couldn't come up with anything I liked.

Probably still look into it but I liked the idea of running everything on top of the frame away from sticks and heat and such.

Going to get a 1410 rear superduty driveshaft hopefully tomorrow and see if I can make it work in the rear. After that I can set my final pinyon angle and burn everything in on the rear axle.

Also started patching my floor up lol

Went and scored a 1410 driveshaft yesterday and good news and bad,

good news it's for sure the way I need to go, the amount of angle in the 1410 flange is crazy!
Where I was almost maxing out the 1350 CV just from the flange to the yoke, the 1410 flanged drive shaft will hit the ground before it binds up!

No problems there......but

I need to changed the flange on the back of the Tcase... I measured my trucks flange and it was the same but I pulled this off a 09 superduty and the flange bolt pattern is a lot bigger...

.

I am just getting ready to do my own anti-wrap bar, in almost an identical fashion (except mine will be slip-n-twist, instead of having a shackle so no matter what, pinion angle will 100% ideal at all levels of suspension compression)

I plan on having a hoop attached to it to contain a broken driveshaft. just a thought

Noticed my oil gauge has been leaking behind my dash...and made a huge mess.

So took the dash out and I'm going to clean up the dash and harness..

Also ditching my toggle switches and running up fitter switches witch I'm really stoked about!

Great work, and I like the truck update also. I know you're swamped but you should really put that truck stuff into a thread on Tow rigs. I want to follow that, and do a few of the upgrades you're doing. Especially that newer dash upgrade. Keep up the good work.
