Well, I got way side tracked with the superduty and have not done much of anything to the bronco..

Finally ordered my drive flange so I can button that up..and going to pull rear axle and weld it up and paint it..

I shipped off my EFI harness to get gone through and hopefully the bronco will run like a champ!
It's in good hands. :) just hope to get it back before the end of April...

Moab is in my sights!

Just need to run new fuel lines, get brake lines made for the cutting brake, order my shift cables, and she's about ready!

dont think I'll have the money to paint it before the trip....but I hope I can at least get it out there!!!

Good progress this weekend,
I fixed the fried wires under the dash, cleaned up all the oil then wired up the Upfitter wiring harness and installed the dash.

Then painted most of the bronco!
Still need to clean it up and fix some spots then paint the hood and windshield frame and tail gate.

I ordered a drive flange and hope to see it this week..

Well, no headers for me...

The driver side dumps out almost above the frame and my shock hoop is cinda in the way also...so to save time and money I don't have I'm just going to put the stock manifolds back on....

Well team Fred hooked me up with almost everything for my exhaust!

i sold some superduty parts and ordered my cables finally lol

still waiting on my drive flange to show up in the mail....

about the only thing I have left to get are my brake lines made up for the cutting brake and a few odds and ends and finish painting the bronco.

I love the bronco.. I find myself sometimes just staring at it thinking...how is this mine? lol

I am going to the bronco safari come hell or high water!

its not going to be really done done but close enough to go wheeling till I can save up for the parts I want/need.

The only thing that will stop me from going is getting my EFI harness back in time or money..

the small things I need to get are,
x2 O2 sensors,
a few exhaust parts, gaskets,donuts,a 2"to 2.1/4" adapter.header wrap.
few rubber clamps to mount the fuel line.
probably need more gear oil.
still need more bolts lol
X2 2' rubber brake line for the cutting brake.
a few brackets and such from midnight but nothing major..

I think that's about it..
Tonight I'm going to mess with the cables and hopefully get all that buttoned up so I can actually bolt in my seats for the last time lol
then going to pull the rear axle and burn everything in and paint it then I need to make a mount on my front axle for my winch line to hook too and will also protect my tie rod.

Then the drive flange fiasco and get the rear drive line bolted up and finish painting it and then wait for my harness :)

Well I'm still fighting drive line issues, the flange has no travel in it and I can't even rotate the tires cus it binds up so hard just at ride height..so I'm going to try a 1410 yoke on the 205 and hope it works...

I got my exhaust built and installed, I forgot I had to make a custom bracket for the trans cable, cus with the scout shifter is a push pull and the c6 is meant to be a pull push and had to rotate the shifter bracket up and make a 4" tall bracket for the cable.

Now the exhaust is in I can finish the skid plate...and once I figure out my drive line issue I can finish the rear axle and shocks.

I also heat wrapped the exhaust, tranny lines, and starter.
The older ford trucks (80's ) had heat wraps for the fuel and such that snap on,awesome stuff!
