I saw a 4-door S10 the other day and thought about how cool this project would be with one of those.
The hood doesn't quite close anymore, now that the coilovers are in there. The remote reservoir hoses are in the way--and the one without a 90 is REALLY in the way.

once you get the hood clearaced to fit around all that hardware - will you do something to reinforce the hood where you cut? I'm asking because it looks like you had to cut through 2 layers of metal.
Or will you just clean it up for paint?
No reinforcement. It's still OK. 🙂
