I took the family out in the station wagon to do a little wheeling and test out the new lift and tires. We invited some friends of ours who have never been rockcrawling in thier 2000 TJ with 31" tires and a 2" lift. My photographer for the day seemed totally unimpressed with my Jeep, as she didn't take a single pic of it. It was the most mud I have ever encountered on that trail. Soup.

Anyway, their were some large garbage items left out there at the base of the Baja road. WE didn't have a truck, or I would have tossed the mattress and some of the other stuff in the bed.

The trail itself seemed pretty clean, just a few piles like these from some fool. I was thinkin about headin out there tomorrow with Coreshot. I gotta pay him back for savin my but... try and squeeze in a shootin trip along the way. IF that doesn't happen, I am free all day tomorrow and Wednesday.

I've been past it 3 times..... I swore every time... does that count for anything?

I would like to go do this tomorrow during the day if the weather is decent. Getting to these piles wouldn't be too muddy, and we could just pile in my truck. If anyone can come help me, I would appreciate it. 801-554-0377

That's not even damp compared to the way I saw it earlier this year.

As far as cleanup, I would be more than happy to offer my services and my pickup to help get the junk off the trails.

I have no classes tomorrow (Thursday) and don't have any plans for the weekend.

I can also propose this idea to my Tacoma club as I'm sure those who can make it would be very willing to lend a hand and their pickup beds.

Seriously, what makes people think that they have the right to just go and dump all of their Sh!Z on the ground like that??? I seriously get sooo :mad2: when I see stuff like that, lazy a**h****

The thing that kills me is whoever dumped it had to drive past two landfills to get it out there.....and drive about an hour out of their way. It certainly cost more in gas than it would have cost to just go to the damn landfill!!

Oh well, be positive, it helps us score brownie points with the BLM. Now if we can just get wheelers to stop littering on the trail.....

I seriously would not be suprised if it was a so called 'environmentalist' "waging war" with the ohv users to try and get us into trouble for littering... -_- keep your eyes peeled...I bet he is just hiding in the bushes, and when you pick it up, he will take pictures and send them to ksl and make it look like you were dumping them...and since ksl doesn't check any of their info, all land will be closed to all ohv's and the world will come to an end...
