I'd love to ride along with whoever, since the Sami isn't really a 'recovery vehicle'. I'm open on Sunday.

I bet Cody has a seat.....unless he's bringing along a favorite "bag of guts"
Well, I have a seat, but I think we should limit bodies to those who can participate and not sight seers with nothing better to do but take pictures and point at things.
If I didn't know better, I might almost think you guys sit around waiting for someone to get in trouble so you can use all these great toys.
I wasn't asking to ride with someone because I was looking for a sight seeing tour. I would fully intend be out there hauling lines or rigging snatch blocks or whatever needed to be done.
In which case come along. Less work for me
You will have to remove it no matter what condition it is inAll that said, if the fire gets to it, the point is moot, and this will be a "which jeep should I get" thread. Not as interesting, but definitely less stressful.
I might be able to help out. I got a 98 TJ with a 9500 lb. winch. keep us updated!
If you can get the Expedition past the Libby (on the road) you could put the snatch block 6ft off the rear bumper with a strap and winch the Libby right back onto the road with a second vehicle, secure the rear of the Libby to the Expedition, put the second vehicle's winch on the front of the Libby then commence the tug of war.
