Ahhhh, beauty!! I even love the color, looks perfect! Very capable with F & R lockers, and 315's. Any other mods planned?

A 100 Series is on my short list of vehicles to own in the future...

Thanks everyone :D

So far I'm really happy with it. Even with IFS and a V8 (LC with decent power?!..... weird ) it definitely lives up to the Land Cruisers reputation.

Any other mods planned?

In the near future I would like to add another battery, powder coat my rock sliders, add a dog barrier then and miles... Lots and lots of miles :D

makes me want one, trade? (j/k kinda)

If you built a 100 even half as cool as your Taco it would be awesome

So you are the one who picked this up, Congrats! Its a fine looking rig with quite a bit done to it.

That's me. I like buying vehicles from people like Rob. Really nice guy :)

If it can make it to Lee's, it's a winner. That's quite the experience getting there :D

Getting there wasn't nearly as exciting as paying the grocery bill LOL :ugh:

I don't think I've seen a LC that color before. Nice truck.

Me neither until this one. Its Mahogany Pearl.

Are those Toyo mts?

They are Dunlop Rovers. I'm not sure what I think about them so far. I like that they are E-rated and they seem to do good in the snow so we'll see how they pan out long term.

Dunlop?

That's not expo...

That was the deal breaker for me until I re-read Section 2 article 1 from the "How Do I ExPo" handbook. It clearly states and I quote:

Tyres differing from BFG 255/85 KM2's may be used IF.

-White lettering does not face outwards.
-Wheels are powder coated flat black.
-ExPo decal is clearly visible from rear and side windows.

Looks like I just need a few stickers and I should be good to go

Sounds and looks like fun. Where do you get a tag for a tree and when do you have to purchase by? I am sure they are sold out by now but I'd like to know for next year.

Not sure I've never actually bought one  My brother and dad get one every year and I tag along for the support--oh and the wheeling lol. We're 5min from the border so they buy them in Idaho. I think they're around $10.

After I posted I found them on the usfs site and they are $10. Looks like the sell them from Nov. 20- Nov. 31. But it looks like they're only down around Fillmore. It does look like a lot of fun though. I want to do it and make it a tradition!
