Rough night on Steel Bender

Someone had a bad night. I dont know the story on this, but last night we had a good amount of rain, maybe they got stuck and it just went from bad to worse. Stolen maybe?

Theres nothing left, little puddles of melted aluminum behind the truck from the toolbox melting. The parts left of the alternator and the other engine accessories were laying on the ground. Whoa!

No, there was a BLM truck near by when I showed up. I assume they knew it was there. I'll call BLM in the morning to see if I can get the story on it. Looked for a vin but its gone, the tag was melted in half. The rear plate was on, numbers legible, but couldn't tell what state. I posted in trail talk because it happened on a trail... Maybe trip report would be better?

Bummer about the truck. Wonder if it was stolen.
