Shop recommendation to make CJ5 dependable

I have some friends that are thinking of getting their dads CJ5 running again for their dad. It's been sitting in storage for I think 10 years. They don't want a rock crawler. Mainly want to have something dependable for their dad to drive when ever he wants. They don't really care about the body. Mainly just going through the axles, drivetrain, and wiring. Basically all but the body. They might even put a newer engine in it for reliability. I would do it but I don't have time to help them since they want it done sooner than I can dedicate time. Any shop recommendations would be awesome.

UNSTUCK

But stuck more often.
He put it up for sale when I was working there back in 2008-9ish. Still trying to sell it but in the mean time he is still doing jeeps.
