I wish I had a video camera on me last year... we were working in the Grand Junction railroad yard and a contractor in a backhoe pulled up behind a railcar. It was an opened-top car with the sides probably 12' tall. He set the bucket on the back of the car, dropped the outriggers all the way, then used the hoe and bucket to push the backhoe straight up, then forward over the opened railcar, then again used the bucket, hoe and outriggers to drop it down inside the railcar. I was impressed...
like this? I thought they used a winch to help them up
