Updating this thread: she's officially not a Jackstand Warrior anymore!
The steering arm had two broken bolts that need extraction. It took a lot of nuts to get them out.
I cleaned up the threads and installed grade 8 bolts for now. I plan on changing them out for studs when I make some steering changes later on.

Ya know, every time I look at Britney, these words are whispered in my mind.I'm really interested to see what you think about it. I mean, I kinda cringe when I think of some of the fab work I did on my first Willys.
I came pretty close to cutting her up for wall art over the last few weeks, but I've come to my senses. The current plan is to find a YJ tub to put back on her. That means cutting off all of the tubing/pipe/trampoline frame and stripping her down pretty far.
She won't be back on the trail for a long time, but she'll be a lot better when she gets there.

OK OK OK... I made a deal to trade my C10 for a well built Jeep buggy, minus it's motor. I basically have to sell all of Britney's parts to pay for a replacement motor.
