I know where there will be a TJ 44 with 4.88s and a limited slip for sale fairly soon. Not sure how much they will want.

$700, 7 hour drive, $120 in fuel to get a rear axle that needs a full rebuild and is missing brakes is definitely more effort than I’m interested in at this point. But I do appreciate you sharing the link.
Agreed. I just thought of you when I saw the ad and figured I'd let you be the judge. Besides, it's always more fun to spend someone else's money. 😉

I picked up those gears today they looked to be in fantastic conditions still. I pretty much had my mindset on 488 no matter which route I go so while gears aren’t super expensive this was still a bonus thanks again for posting it up.
