I really appreciate it Eric. I feel bad even asking. If it's getting down to crunch time, then Ill call on ya. You're always welcome to swing by, but don't feel obligated to. Let's see where I get at the end of this week.

The good news is that I have good penetration on my welds. The bad news is that it takes FOREVER to cut through them. I have cut off 3 of the 4 t-case mounts to the frame. I'll be taking care of the 4th one tomorrow, so that puts me a day behind schedule :(

I'll still be doing the steering on Saturday though, I need to get that done.

thanks. It looks uncluttered because I'm taking the pictures from the junk pile :)

But it's getting cleaner back there. It'll get even cleaner if you buy my 31's ;)

man, I'm about ready to rip out my hair. I spent a good 40 minutes last night trying to cut off a bracket from the frame. It's still not even halfway there. You'd think I used hardened steel or something. It's taken me 3 days to cut off these stupid brackets. I'm at my wit's end, and my patience is running out on stupid little things taking 90% of the time.

I'm going to try Rick's method. I've got the 7" wheel on my 4.5" grinder, that may do the trick. only problem: disc is rated at 8600 RPM, and my grinder operates at 10,000 RPM. Maybe if I keep a load on it it'll go slower than 10k. Rick, have you had any problems with discs coming apart?

I promise pics from either the hospital or of the truck once this ordeal is over.

I've been using a sawzall. It's eating through blades, and just takes forever. a skill saw wouldn't fit in there, it's a pretty tight fit. I think my 7" cutoff wheel should work if it doesn't explode and kill me first.

I'm starting to feel overwhelmed, but I still think I can pull this off by the 10th. Here's what still needs to be done before then. This is more for a checklist for me to make sure I remembered everything.

- IFS Box mount
- Steering Shaft Lengthened
- Hydro-assist (I'm probably going to wait till I get the steering dialed in before running HA, but we'll see.)
- PS pump mountend
- build Gas tank mounts
- shock mounts
- new bed mounts
- front pass side brake - I lost the two caliper bolts. Anyone have any spares?
- Hook up ebrake (not a priority before 9/10/10)
- Fix and re-torque pass-side hub
- clearance horseshoe collar
- tranny/tcase flat belly mount
- Tranny tunnel install
- Replace back of cab
- Seat/floor install
- Fender Tub
- Heater/Defroster modification/install
- Put Dash back together
- Have driveshafts made
- New Exhaust

fluids:
- trany
- t-cases
- Gas
- Radiator/Heater
- Brake
- Steering

I finally cut off the last bracket! The 7" wheel worked, and I lived to tell the tale. Hope I never have to do that again.
