Hey Taco.. its not that bad.. take a couple days off and just lay in bed.. and KEEP ICE ON IT!.. I didn't take any of the pain meds and was back in action in about 3 weeks (if you know what I mean) and still caused some sore moments....

PS.. when they are doing it it smells like they are burning hair and it makes you want to hork.. that and the doctor saying "Just relax" - seriously who is relaxed when someone has sharp stuff to your jewels?

You guys have some short-ass memories. I posted here FIRST, some months ago. :p

I remember Hickey responding, the rest is a blur. :D

Pirate has a million members, on something like this, I need lots of consensus. :D

I don't know if you are still looking for input, but here you go. The worst part about the entire procedure are the shots. One shot per side. I only took ibuprofen for a couple of days, and only used frozen peas the first day. Get it done on a Friday afternoon, and you should easily be back to work on Monday. Go to a specialist, and not a family physician. Why take a chance to save a few bucks? And it really isn't very painful.

I'd do one better... I replied on POR. :D

HA HA HA! Hey I'm good for $20 for the " No more little Tacomas fund". Worst things are the first shot, feeling like you got kick there all day and snagging the stitches on anything, that will wake you up! Bruising?! I bought 2-3 bags of peas and rotated inventory as they warmed up. I did mine in the morning and was playing HALO later on. Laying on the couch spread eagle with no one at home is helpful. Snag a stitch and your on the ground.

One more thing Tacoma. This thread and the one on POR DO NOT NEED PICS!

I see that I will have to add a few chapters to my little assassins' training. -_-

It is a simple procedure, I'm not too stoked about the shots, but it should be ok.

I'll get some pics. :D Won't be for a while though, so get your ignore lists updated.
