I live in Riverton and that is at the south end of the valley.. It takes me 25-30 minutes to get to work and i work downtown. we have a brand new elementry school that is at the begining of my road approx 12 houses away. the neighborhood is about 6 years old and the families are a good mix ( young couples with you kids and couples who a slightly older and have middle-high school aged kids) there is very little crime and the streets are not crowded(yet) we are selling our house and moving a little bit further south. i bought my house 5 1/2 years ago, and the ave selling price around me is 389,900. i am selling mine for 399,900. have a nice .27 acre lot fully landscaped and fenced in. new rock walls and 3 car garage with rv pad. 3400 sq ft. 1700 finished with full basement to do what you want. our new home will probably be just about done when you move here. you want to buy a nice house in a nice area pm and i will get you pics.
