Teraflex Plus Disappointing "Customer Service" Experience(s)!

Yes Marshall you make a good point. You did give credit to 4wd warehouse and that is awesome, but did you only do it to prove a point that they would and Tera wouldn't? If 4wd warehouse wouldn't have helped you, would you have ranted about them too. Whatever,

As for the customer thing, you could look at it your way which makes you a customer, yes. Or you could look at it like: the Z-boxes were purchased from say amazon for example. That makes you a customer of amazon, and amazon is the one that bought them from Tera, thus making them Tera's customer. In fact, just so you know Tera+ is actually a customer of Teraflex. Tera+ buys all it's stock from Teraflex which is next door to Tera+. Or atleast thats how it used to be. Anyway it's all splitting hairs.
Was the Tera+ service there, maybe no, and maybe you were mislead on the phone, sure, and that sucks I agree. I don't work there anymore, but I will apoligize for the hassle you have been through. Your wife did something awesome for you and it turned into a hassle... Not cool!
But please try not to give up on buying local. Every single buisness will wrong you, but I guarentee at some point the same buisness will do you right.

My wife is better than I deserve, undoubtedly. Out of the four parts I received for Christmas this was the only one I can't use. I also received a ring and pinion for a ford 8.8, a master install kit, and a mini spool. SO now my 8.8 is all finished and ready to bolt in under my ZJ. Just waiting for the suspension to show up...
