My Jeep. A heavy as hell CJ 5. I have to swap out the monster on front of it to stretch the WB. The winch I have works fine, it is just too big for the modifications I have in mind.

I'm still a fan of the 8274's other than that, what Kurt said.

The 8274 is a timeless design, one of the best winches in history... Assuming it can be designed into your front end, I would go with it... otherwise I've already weighed in on the low-profiles of my choice.

Are you saying it's for sale? :D

It will be. It sucks to sell it. The thing is solid as a rock.

At last years NPLD I hooked on to a very large tree and tried to pull it up to block a user created trail. My jeep was like a fish on the line. That thing was dragging me all over with no signs of relenting.

I wedged my front tire on the waterfall on con last year and it started pulling my ass end off the ground.

It is really an amazingly well built product.

Do you need a winch for you non-existent rig? :p
