I’ve always appreciated the risks that French car designers are willing to take. Sometimes you get undeniably beautiful cars like the Alpine A110's, and sometimes you get a Renault Avantime. But you can rarely say that French cars are boring.

While this design was tragically horrific when launched, it's aged pretty well. There's a ton of ugly cars on the road now.

I never saw a heterosexual person driving one of those, but I knew several gay couples that owned one. I always thought that was odd.

The point is American and Japanese mfgs make lots of mediocre cars.
Ex. Buick LeSabre or The Biege Toyota Camry.
Those Euros I listed don't.

I know a guy that put a Metro body on a S-10 chassis and all sorts of other bells and whistles. It’s sweet.
