I'm framing a 30x50 garage right now with a 20x50 bonus room in the trusses. Just my framing labor is at about 8500. Just the lumber materials and trusses are at 16500. So I'd say it's quite the steal at that price.

It is BMW's motor, but it is tuned to make more HP, which I find kind of ironic that BMW would let them do that. This has been my dream bike for the last few years. I think it's the perfect mix for my riding style.
