call them and ask, make sure it comes with everything you need to install it, it says their number is 1-888-GS-GAUGE im nervous buying stuff like that off of ebay

The sender is the part they put in the pan, but it doesn't have to be there... some people will put a "T" in their cooler lines and put it there, and sometimes you can find a plug in the trans case that you can remove to put the sender directly in the case.

Either way, fairly easy install, just kinda messy.

Not many parts required... just the gauge and sender, and a few feet of electrical wire and come connectors. Nothin' special.

But stuck more often.
IIRC, you really want the sender to be in the line going to your cooler (you do have one, right). This is the hottest oil, that can easily be watched. The hottest is in the converter and you can't get a sender in there. So the next best place is in the line. Other wise you have oil that has just returned from your cooler sitting in your pan. So that would give a false reading at to what your tranny is really doing.
