What do you think it would look like.
So I think I am going to use 1.75 .120 DOM and sandwich it.
Those of you who have done a cage on a samurai, what did you do between the dash and the door jam to make the tube fit.

mine will take a 3" holesaw and do up to a 60 degree angle:D

ye old tubing notcher from northern tool

Yup, my pro tools notcher will do that too. The larger holesaw sizes are nice for some bushing sleeves, or spherical joints that are large-ish.

You'll need to use 1.5" tube for the part by the dash, and even that'll be a tight fit.
