If you don't need a really pretty bend you can make a mark every 1" & use a hydraulic to put a degree or so at each mark untill the desired radius is achieved! :)

I've used this method on 1/2"- 2" on everything from roll bars to fender flairs!:)

The trick is to be patient :(, especially larger sizes, where over bending usually means starting over!:mad:

I've seen a roll bender in the back room at BMC Fabrication in Spanish Fork, and they seem pretty willing to do small jobs.

I have a HF and it blew the bearings out of the rollers....I looked a buying better bearings....
