IF and I say IF you can drive!!!!!!!!
...can make a huge difference......like mentioned earlier.....(old tractor tech).....they go a step further and add calcium chloride or mag chloride to prevent freezing......(just a tip for anyone who gets a wild hair)..... :D

As I was filling my 42s with water this evening getting ready for Idaho x rocks next weekend I decided to see how RME felt about it. It's funny how things have changed and the sport has progressed since 2003

Haha I love when old threads come back from the dead! See where and what happened to people I remember when I joined that got banned and stuff haha

I would weigh my tires down, but with my Toyota stuff, I definitely would be shooting myself in the foot more than I already will be

I know, right??? He texted me to tell me to check out the old thread he dug up and I was like "shoot, I remember that thread..." Lol
Funny thing is what seems like not long after this I remember talking to Carl at RL and he told me he switched to the 60 in his buggy due to the weight of the water. Blast from the past indeed.

Ok, back in the day, we used to fill the fronts half full and the rears to the bottom of the rim.

Of course those were 37"s on 35 spline 60s. I might be nervous with 42"s.

let us know how it goes.

I filled all 4 to the bottom of the rim. I'm not worried at all with full chromoly 35 spline 60 and the rear 14 bolt.......

This is funny. I ran 200 lbs of steel blast bbs in each front of the rear engine buggy. That was as much for weight distribution as grip. After a long time I make another water/tire tool this year to help with front tire balance issues. Just letting you know that a little water in the front tires is much worse for balance than empty or filling them full.
