Been listening to this quite a bit lately:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pbVKb3aVszM

Blasting it while doing the Rubicon with my son a couple weeks ago, blasting it again on the headphones doing a bunch of flying this past weekend (I can read a Craig Childs book and play this super loud on my headphones and enjoy both simultaneously, it doesn't interrupt my concentration on my reading...).

Otherwise, been on kind of an old Blind Faith (recorded 45 years ago and Ginger on the drums still kills it), Clapton, Yardbirds, Geoff Beck kick lately.

Engaging, but not distracting (unless you watch the video).

I recently discovered "10 years" ten years late.. pretty good stuff if you like hard harmonics. Kinda like Chevelle.

Ive been rocking out to the new weezer album a lot lately. I like it every bit as much as the blue album (or any other album of theirs). Also loving Chvrches, and a lot of Royal Blood. They make a lot of noise for just 2 people.

Audio books. Been on a classic Russian kick. Just finishing up Brothers Karamazov. Did War and Peace (unabridged, 80 hours long!) before that. Crime and Punishment before that. Lolita before that. Mixed in some Voltaire (Candide, Micromegas etc.), Kurt Vonnegut (Slaughter House Five) and Frank Herbert (Dune) in between.

Have Winston Churchill's History of English Speaking Peoples queued up next and planning Dawkins The God Delusion after that.

You know what I've been diggin' recently? Pantera's Cemetery Gates... :wtf:

The screaming guitar, screaming lead singer and melodic tune make for one hell of a song!
