More progress on the bed tonight. I got both boxes trimmed out and got one of them rough sanded. I also started on the box for the foot of the bed.

It might not look like much but this is 6 hours of progress without a picture of the 2nd case all trimmed out.

More progress on the bed tonight. I got all the structure done, assembled for test fit, then disassbled and finish sanded.

Tomorrow (I guess really, later today), I'll wipe it down then do the first coat of stain. Hopefully I'll have the final coat on in the evening so it's ready to go in her room on Sat evening.
