Bottom line is the Fed has no business in this unless you belive the Constitution is just a document that gets in the way of the real work that needs to be done. BHO named Intermountain Healthcare as a service that provides excellent healthcare at a costs well below the national average. This in the most conservative state in the Union (there's a lesson in there somewhere). Why should the quality of life for Utahns suffer because CA's policies have turned it into the 3rd world. Government can only make people equally miserable. It's up to the states and the peeps not the Fed.

The present system is working because it is forcing discussions like this to correct it.
1. As stated, have Doctors form their own business without insurance.
2. Revise tort laws.
3. Reduce government laws that give preferential treatment.
4. Have all politicians using the same health care as we do.
5. Enforce our immigration laws.
6. Get rid of waste, abuse, and fraud.

All of the above except #1 depends on you the voter. You voted them in and only you can vote them out.
