I forgot one important part that's probably pretty obvious to most.

After you drain the grease and remove the excess fat you need to shred the pork and then add the DP, sauce and brown sugar.

Here's an easy recipe of mine to make kick butt burgers.... 10 times better than Red Robin WISH's theirs were.....

That IS a tasty burger!

We made these tonight, wow! Incredible! We used the same recipe for only a pound of burger so my burps are a little too garlicky but definately worth it. This will become our primary recipe for burgers, thanks!
