That's Determination Towers on the right so the picture was taken from the Seven Mile Rim trail a short ways north of the Wipe Out Hill area or from one of several crisscrossing trails just SE of the Determination Towers.

Looks like the Hole in the Rock trail heading westward. Possibly Frenchie's Camp is another mile or two onward. That's my best guess. Looks like a heck of a southern Utah deluge that I'm glad I wasn't out in.
