Those are both excellent! That Macallan is so smooth, and red breast is my favorite Irish.

If you put those in the freezer we're fighting on sight.

You mean like video of someone eating a good meal, smoking a cigar and reading a book, then getting a good nights sleep? Those are the side effects I usually suffer.

Added a couple tasty bottles of single malt Scotch to my collection... a Glenmorangie Original 10 yr and a Highland Park 12 yr Viking Honour.

I blame @DAA and @Cody for my progression into whiskey snobbery... I poured a glass of Crown the other night and it wasn't great.

I kind of feel like that could be used to describe Canadian whiskey in general. I just wish they'd stop filtering it through their plaid-lined denim blouses.

I've been sipping on this. I discovered koval when I was doing brewing classes in Chicago. I had a particularly interesting night drinking all of their single grain versions at a gay bar called Big Chicks in Boys Town on what turned out to be bear night. I had great biscuits there the next morning too.
