We use liquid Nitrogen at work, PraxAir in the West Valley/Magna area tops off our tanks. They MIGHT be able to help you. If you have a proper container to put your parts in they MIGHT be willing to submerge them in liguid N2.
I thinks there's a lot more to it then just submerging the parts in N2. I think they must be very slowly brought back to room temp, and junk like that.
It is an art and a science, not like you can just dip it. Dean is the smartest guy that I know, so it is the best referral out there. He has a website too, to guestimate your prices.

Rate of cooling, soak time, and ramp up are all critical. Think of the process in the same manner as you would a heat treatment. Improper times / temps result in poor material properties.
