Lesson learned. Don't let your daughters friend drive your jeep because he is the only one old enough to drive friends around. Looks like he took the turn too fast. People are fine and fortunately jeep is also fine minus some transmission fluid.

I’ve been that dumb kid before. How you handle this will certainly make an impact on their life and your daughters life. The biggest impact I ever had was expecting an ass chewing that I deserved, and instead being smothered with concern and care.

I was upset but didn't show it in front of them. Just made sure they were good and unharmed. Blew it off like it wasn't a big deal. The kid couldn't figure out how it happened. The only way is uncontrollable speed in a turn in an unfamiliar vehicle.
