I know it’s not as cool as picking up groceries at the local Costco in a style side short bed..
and to be fair, I did have to strap them down so they don’t ‘fall off’..
but besides the minor inconvenience of a strap, I’d say it does alright 😁

Met this neat gent in Green River as he wanted to take pics with our Land Cruisers. He's traveling from coast to coast with an EV vehicle in some kind of speed record or similar. We get talking about his adventure and I learn he was on the team that set the Pan-American Highway record in a VW, a feat I'm well familiar with. I mentioned some overlap we had on our trips it turns our he and I share a mutual friend from Iceland 😎
