Better than web wheeling?
Quick n dirty Moab trip to take some parts to some Venezuelan pals. Left SLC just after 4pm. Back in bed by 2am this morning and we had a few hours to hang with them and eat Venezuelan BBQ
One of you will recognize that kayak. They are still going strong!

Internet says 216,000 lbs. I think I counted 12 axels and no push truck.aren't these like INSANE weight? Like 400k or something? How many axles on the ground for that big girl? Push truck required?
It looks like the locomotive is missing some pieces like the drive wheels (trucks?) and maybe a few other parts that would bring the weight down a little. Still, it's probably over 150k as pictured.Internet says 216,000 lbs. I think I counted 12 axels and no push truck.
Glad you found it at home vs. Freeway/trail.We're supposed to leave tonight for Colorado to run some trails. My rear axle started making some growling noises so I opened it up and the carrier bearings are bad.View attachment 130197
On my way to Carl's to grab the bearings and his bearing puller. You're welcome to come over when I get home. Should be about two hours from now.Glad you found it at home vs. Freeway/trail.
Can you get new bearings? Need a hand getting it back together?
(Oh and don't eat the funny brownies while in Colorado, it will mess with a piss test for 30 days)
