The cleanliness of your garage offends me. Why don't you have stacks and stacks of totes with christmas ornaments and yard tools like a normal person?

That stuff is in the unfinished basement. Some other overflow nonsense is in the main garage. The shop is just for XJ (peasantry) stuff.
The main garage has all of the electric dirt bikes, some of which need work. Oh and the electric go kart that needs work too. It’s just behind the scenes lol

I rewired my enclosed trailer today. It's had intermittent problems forever so it needed done. I'm super sick and it's stupid hot. But I did it anyways.
The wiring was garbage. Dead ends everywhere and bare wires worn through the sheathing all over. So I just tore all of it out.
Went much heavier gauge.
However when I got done I checked my work. Only the running lights work (not the brake or blinkers). Checked it on another vehicle: new wiring is good... Oof: I ohmed out my truck and found it the same at the hitch plug: power on the running lamps, no power at blinkers or brake lights. So something is wrong there too.
Swapped the trailer light fuse and relay: no change.
I'm quiting for the day. I'll have to come back to it with a clear head.
I very much dislike trailer wiring...

I didn’t take any photos, but this did awesome. It had just enough drag to make the rzr’s work for it without feeling like I was going to break anything. It did excellent leveling out on the hard pack.
It did dig a little deep in the softer fill dirt sections, so I just tried to avoid them.

Spent the past 1.5 hours fighting getting an elbow hose onto the coolant reservoir in my '12 F150 EB. These are apparently known to develop coolant leaks from the stock quick connect elbow. 
Mine has been leaking for a long time and I finally decided to install the Pegasus Auto kit to replace it. Man what a PIA getting the 1" side of the elbow over the reservoir outlet. I fought it for a long time, boiled it, heated it with a heat gun and nothing. I finally ended up having to remove the reservoir and airbox combo to install it on the bench with a heat gun persuading it. While I had it apart I cleaned the AFE filter and am just letting them dry in the sun before reinstalling them.

Finally set aside the time to do the leaky manifold replacement on my ecoboost. Honestly, it wasn't that bad of a job... I had it in my head that it was gonna suck way worse. Get the BD Diesel kit with the turbo install kit and you'll have everything you need.
Unfortunately I did break off a nipple on the cold air intake tube that goes to the waste-gate sensors. I tried epoxying it back on but I'm not satisfied so I'm waiting for a new intake tube to show up. After that she should be buttoned up.
I probably spent 8 hours working on this, but I was going slow, took frequent breaks and referenced a video at each step. If I were to do it again, it would probably take 4-5 hours now knowing the process.

I know what I will be working on...
Not 100% sure where the oil is coming out. From the time I smelt it happening to the offramp was ~2 miles. Oil pressure was fine and it still turns over and runs smooth. It's coming out with enough pressure to spray all over and hit the fan, which distributes it everywhere else. I'm guessing an odd head gasket or a timing plate leak? Olly tossed it on his trailer and it's a future Kurt problem. I built that motor in 2021 and it's been uber trouble free since then... guess it wants some attention. 😄

Finally mounted the rest of my coilovers today. I knew I needed to send back my rear springs, but the fronts seem perfect, so I only have to send 4 springs back. The rear is sitting about 4” high.
I also need to mount the reservoirs.

Trying to give myself a little garage time tonight. These tracks came off a regular ranger. I need to modify the a-arm braces to work on the rzr. The front right went well. I haven’t finished it, but very promising and easy.
For the rear, I need to mount the track to identify where the a-arm brace is even supposed to go. It’s no where close to the regular ranger.
I had previously test fit these on my 570, but now want them on the 900. Unfortunately the lug studs are larger on the 900 than they are on the 570 and ranger. They won’t fit through the mounting holes on the track adapter.
Cheap redneck me says just drill the holes larger. Trying to be a better human me says to buy the right adapters.
Poor me says buying means this project is on hold until….. well, who knows.
Anyone think it’s a horrible idea that will kill my family if I just drill a larger diameter lug hole?
