They make a brass/copper tool that you use for patching small holes in sheet metal, you should try a welding supply store. It has a handle and the other end is a flat paddle made of copper or brass, the weld won't stick to it.

that would have been a bad idea, what you used is the best way to cut body panels. I always lay down a piece of 3m painters tape to give me a straight edge to cut on.That looks kickass i cant wate to see the finished product.:D

Have you tried WD40 or anything? I'm really not sure what you talking about but if it's stuck sometimes letting it soak will help it come loose.

Haha...yeah it will bleed itself out just make sure you have full charge on your battery and a good starter because the only way to turn that mech pump is by turning the engine.
