When I did mine, bluechip just loaned me the tool. Its was the same tool you speak of.

The best part is once they are in front they slow down, WTF. I call them sprinters, they haulass for maybe 2 to 3 minutes and then thats it.

What I encountered riding today alone: on way to work nothing to noteworthy. on way home for lunch; fool in tahoe, on phone comes into my lane. honk moves back over and waves as if to apoligize. not 300 yards farther as getting on freeway lady decides the turn lane she is in does not suit...
