Seriously. Everything wrong with this truck is Greg's fault! ;)

    Box Rocket 1995 FZJ80 Build

Well, last week I found out the cruiser had a bad head gasket. The good news is it's all back together with a fresh HG and running nice so far. The head only needed a little bit of machine work and all the valve seals were replaced, along with new plugs, new valve cover gasket, new distributor...

Looking really good Nate. Hope you don't ever plan on a bigger tire for it. :)

Yessir. Sure thing. Let me know when. You're welcome to come to my place in Syracuse to see it or I'm occasionally driving the truck to SLC to work. If I know even a day in advance, I can just plan to drive it to work if it's easier for you to see it in SLC.

Snapped a parting pic before Brett showed up since it may be a while before I have 3 toys in the driveway again. Thanks Brett for coming to get it.

Nate, I used 16ga for all the sheetmetal including the floor on mine. You have as much bracing for the floor with your chassis as I do so I don't think you'll need any more. I got a bit of slight warping on mine but nothing bad. Not enough that I've ever had an issue or worried about it...

Haul non-runner from SLC to Grand Jct, CO

I've been texting with Brett and I think we're all lined up but Marc I know you have a short window so I'll have it all ready to go at 5:00 sharp so we can load it as quickly as possible. Thanks all.

Hey guys. I'm impressed by all the willingness to help out. Sunday should be fine for loading it. I am working most of the day but if we could plan on 5:00-ish I should be back and ready to help load it up. I'll keep watching this thread and how that develops. I'm will be out of town...

    Box Rocket Offroad Trailer Build

On the fenders.....I found some 10.5" wide fenders (which was the widest I could find without making my own) and the CJ flares cost my $50 used. The flares give an extra 2" coverage so when I was using the 315's as tires on the trailer I didn't get full coverage, Here's a couple pics of the...

Personally I would weld the box frame to the chassis first. It's more work to fit the sheet around it but you'll be better off in the long run.

    Spidertrax 1.5" wheel spacers - 6 on 5.5"

I have an almost brand new set of Spidertrax wheel spacers that I got for my '95 Land Cruiser that I'm not going to use. They will fit 6 lug hubs (6 on 5.5" Toyota or Chevy) and they are lug centric. I had them on the truck for about 300 miles is all. I'm looking for $180 for the set of 4...

True......if the springs actually flex. These springs will probably not move enough to even see a difference at first so just set it up where it looks good and it will be fine. Just speaking from experience with my own trailer that uses these same springs.

My guess is that they meant the upper shackle pin should be mounted 1" forward of the spring eye.
