why do you want rear springs? There SOA. They run a standard static shackle like a fullsize. But they don't give a shloat of lift. It's the fronts I and others run. What is it you need? If you want a cheep lift 3+ inches rear issuzu trooper 2 springs are stiff but will direct bolt in to a first...

I think ride height is determined by the free arch in a pack. Then how many leaves will allow the rig to sag or not. Most people use a pivot of some sort to attach to the axle. Heims are usually the way they go. Tracy will chime in soon. He is 1/4 eliptic on the board....
