700R4 to NP241HD Adapter and Clocking ring?

So I finally got under the truck. The two bottom bolts that hook the adapter to the Transmission are stripped. So there is a small gap, I tried to tighten them, no go. Any ideas on what I need to do to fix this? I can't see an easy way to do it while its still installed in the rover

Tricks to get a Job Done Easier

So I'd love to see if you have some tricks to make jobs easier. Having an old Land Rover, some things were cobbled together in the factory. On Fridays when Nigel came to work already drunk, things weren't done as good as they could have been. Normal for British cars. They were not very good...

I'm using a NP241 HD dodge case. It has a center rear output. 4.10's would be sweet. I was also looking at Toyota axles from an FZJ80 since they are already coil sprung as well, like my Range Rover. I have disc brakes on all 4 corners as well, so I'd like to keep that option. And get a...

    Dana Axles?

I've been thinking about going to Dana axles under my Range Rover. I've upgraded the ones I have, but I'm afraid I may break them again at some point. I'm currently on pizza cutter 33" tall tires. I have 3.54 gears in my current Rover axles. So the only option in a Rover gear set is...
