It's cool, but looks like a "see, I listed it!" sort of price.

Liar liar pants on fire !

The best casual protection you can have is to make sure there aren't any frayed spots, and starch your pants. The sparks will bounce right off. You can get full FR coveralls, but they are not cheap and need to be washed by a special process.

Political Let's talk about the Biden family problem.

One of them just needs to say legal weed and the contest would be over.

How much to get a set of these blanks? I have a drill press, but no access to a plasma table.

    Coronavirus

I'll second a CPAP. I got put on one a couple months ago, and it's made a big difference. Best of all I can crank up the humidity on it and not have as much of a hard time in the desert here. It's made my constant dry cough go away.

It's odd that a limited slip made yours push in corners. I'm going to be running a bit more weight up front with the diesel and D44, I'm still debating 33s vs 35s though. The Aussie locker does seem to unlock more than a limited slip, though, at least off power. The clamping force for the...

Just don't spray the suspension dump switch. It's not sealed, and if it shorts it takes out all the auxiliary function switches including hazards. It'll either lock them on or off.

    New tool; Metal Band Saw

I used to have the old Jet version that the HF saw is based on. I used that thing a lot, it worked well, but I had zero room when moving so I sold it. I still don't have the room, but need something like this again. I've been using my grinder and cutoff wheels, and the noise is just too much...

    Coronavirus

I don't trust anything from a news source that aligns with either side. If they're looking from the same side, it's confirmation bias. If they're looking from the other side, they're pushing an agenda. So basically I just don't trust the news anymore.

So I've been cleaning the junk out of the back of this thing, and found the Aussie locker I salvaged out of my wife's old Wagoneer. I'm planning on eventually putting something selectable in the Toyota rear, but am toying with just welding that for the short term. I need to tear the front axle...

Shop / Tools Today I want this...tool edition

What's the amp rating on that? I need a new gun for my Beta Mig 250, no matter what I get I'll have to make an adapter so at that price it's pretty tempting.

    Your Pic of The Day

I haven't seen one of those in a long time. When I was working at Electric Boat I saw a few, along with stamps from the 50s and 60s. It's amazing how long those cylinders can last.

And onto the list it goes. I've been toying with building a manual style brake but with hydraulics, but this looks way more straightforward.

    Coronavirus

Oh, I don't doubt that it's theater, but regardless of outcome this will fuel the fight between the pro and anti lockdown crowds, the deniers, and just right and left in general.
