Just measure out what you need dimensionally, pay the $1 entrance fee to a Tear-a-Part or Pull-N-Save, and find something in the yard. It isn't like the bottle has the pump in it or anything, you're just looking for a shape that works. You might lose a little capacity, but what does that matter?.
